In fact leaders cannot solely inspire and praise, but rather must encompass the entire field including intimidation, humiliation, criticism etc. He ran one of the biggest companies in the world and as such you must respond to certain failures and unmet standards in ways unfamiliar to most.
The only complaint I have about the article is that it’s written by Gawker. The things they do annoy me. ):
