Experimenting with sumi ink and brush. These were done on chinese xuan paper. These were really hard to scan because the paper is bigger than the scanner and they wrinkle up a lot. I had to make the paper really white on Photoshop to hide the wrinkles.
Anyways, I love the range of texture, edges and line quality achievable with the brush, ink and water. Not to mention the covering power, it’s so satisfying to make BIG marks.
